If the item you ordered is in stock (green indicator) and payment has been received, we dispatch within one to two business days – meaning delivery may arrive after as little as two to three business days.
How does shipping work for larger furniture?
Bulky items such as chairs, tables, sofas or comparable furniture are shipped within Germany via DACHSER or DHL. Within Europe, shipping is handled by DHL Express. The carrier will contact you by phone or email to arrange a delivery date including a delivery time window.
Please note that the following prices apply per individual chair or table. When selecting multiple chairs/tables, logistics costs are calculated individually in the checkout.

How does shipping work for parcels such as lamps, spare parts or monitor arms?
Parcels are shipped via GLS. Shipping costs depend on the product and total cart value.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The price in the checkout has changed. Why?
By default, German VAT is displayed. Once the delivery country is selected in the cart, the applicable local VAT rate will be applied.
How are the furniture items delivered?
Most furniture items are shipped via parcel delivery (two to three packages). Assembly is straightforward and instructions will be sent to you by email.

Do you deliver into the apartment?
DHL delivers your order directly to your apartment door.
DACHSER’s delivery service is curbside delivery. Customers living in apartment buildings should note that the goods must be carried to the apartment by themselves.
Will I receive a tracking link?
As soon as the goods leave our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link for all shipping providers.
Can I collect my order myself?
For orders within Berlin, the shipping option Click & Collect is available in the checkout. When selecting this option, a discount of €50 is automatically applied. You can then collect your goods from our warehouse.
After the order has been placed, you will receive all further collection details by email.
I am located in Switzerland. How does customs work?
No customs duties apply for deliveries to Switzerland. All invoices for deliveries to non-EU countries are issued without German VAT.
